As a software engineer with 36 years of professional experience, I know electronic voting can be sabotaged in hardware, software, firmware, storage, operating systems, internet communications, any of the network transport levels, malware, printers, hosting including cloud hosting; by hackers, governments, or the intervention of homeland or international security agencies, or where the votes are counted.
The only safe voting is paper ballots with human tellers.
